About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join a multidisciplinary design consultancy in Dubai. You will develop structural designs for reinforced concrete and steel buildings, prepare calculations and drawings, and coordinate with project stakeholders.

- Develop structural designs for reinforced concrete and steel buildings across all project stages
- Prepare structural calculations, 3D models, drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, Revit modelers, and other project stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions
- Ensure all designs comply with the Dubai Building Code and relevant international standards
- Participate in design coordination meetings, technical reviews, and interdisciplinary workshops
- Provide technical support during tender and construction phases, including responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Maximum of 7 years experience in the structural design of buildings and towers, including reinforced concrete and steel structures
- Dubai Municipality G+12 Accreditation is mandatory
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, RAM Concept, PROKON, STAAD Pro, and Revit
- Strong understanding of the Dubai Building Code, structural design principles, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, high quality work within project deadlines
