About the Role

- Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial office fit out projects
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Analyse labour, material, and equipment costs
- Produce detailed pricing schedules and tender submissions
- Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality
- Liaise with design, procurement, and project management teams throughout the tender process
- Attend site visits and pre tender meetings where required
- Maintain and update cost databases and supplier pricing
- Support negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assist with handovers from estimating to project delivery following successful tenders
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years' estimating experience within commercial office fit out or interior contracting
- UAE experience is preferred but not essential for candidates with strong international fit out experience
- Good understanding of commercial interior construction methods and materials
- Ability to read architectural and technical drawings
- Experience preparing BOQs and cost plans
- Strong negotiation and commercial awareness
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work to deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CostX, or equivalent estimating software (advantageous)

About the Role
- Our client is a growing commercial interior fit out contractor based in Dubai, delivering high quality workplace projects across the UAE.
- They are looking to appoint an Estimator to join their pre construction team.
Key Responsibilities
