Strategy

  • Develop and implement operations and logistics policies and processes for the training center.
  • Translate the center’s operational plan into logistics priorities and monitor performance indicators.
  • Prepare periodic operational reports on logistics quality, participant satisfaction, and beneficiary satisfaction for leadership review.
  • Build strategic partnerships with internal entities and international training and logistics firms to support center programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking against international best practices and report key quality trends to guide decisions.

Operations

  • Oversee training activities and events, aligning schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Manage reservations, receptions, visitor flow, and parking to deliver an organized and welcoming training environment.
  • Secure visitor and trainer entry by coordinating security approvals and access arrangements with relevant units.
  • Oversee coordination with Contracts and Procurement to secure logistics, hospitality, and technical requirements for programs and events.
  • Oversee internal and external marketing and knowledge campaigns with Marketing, Corporate Communication, and center units.
  • Oversee electronic archiving services and manage documents and transactions for all center data, documents, and correspondence.
  • Manage the center’s budget, monitor expenditures, and obtain financial approvals according to the matrix of powers.
  • Oversee activities that influence operational decisions and training center asset management with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support team development through coaching, empowerment, and regular performance feedback.

Product / Process Improvement

  • Provide specifications and feedback on system enhancements and ensure optimal utilization of learning technologies in logistics and operations.
  • Boost innovation by running performance development analyses and proposing practical, innovative solutions for logistics and operations.
  • Analyze logistics performance, satisfaction results, and benchmarking insights to recommend process improvements and service refinements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management or Training and Development.
  • 9+ years in case of Master's degree (11+ years in case of Bachelor's degree).
  • Expertise in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and organizational standards.
  • Experience in managing employee events and rewards programs.
  • Ability to conduct ROI assessments for training and HR initiatives.
  • Skilled in training operations and learning center management.
  • Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
  • Competence in strategic workforce intelligence and workforce planning.
  • Commitment to operational excellence and service innovation.
  • Experience in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct market research and benchmarking for organizational development.
