About the Role
The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai is seeking a Senior Team Leader for Logistics & Operations to oversee training center operations, develop policies, manage budgets, and build strategic partnerships.

- Develop and implement operations and logistics policies and processes for the training center
- Translate the center’s operational plan into logistics priorities and monitor performance indicators
- Prepare periodic operational reports on logistics quality, participant satisfaction, and beneficiary satisfaction for leadership review
- Build strategic partnerships with internal entities and international training and logistics firms
- Conduct benchmarking against international best practices and report key quality trends
- Oversee training activities and events, aligning schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication

- Secure visitor and trainer entry by coordinating security approvals and access arrangements
- Oversee coordination with Contracts and Procurement to secure logistics, hospitality, and technical requirements

- Oversee electronic archiving services and manage documents and transactions
- Manage the center’s budget, monitor expenditures, and obtain financial approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management or Training and Development
- 9+ years in case of Master's degree (11+ years in case of Bachelor's degree) of relevant experience
- Expertise in budget preparation and financial planning
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and organizational standards
- Experience in managing employee events and rewards programs
- Ability to conduct ROI assessments for training and HR initiatives
- Skilled in training operations and learning center management
- Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Competence in strategic workforce intelligence and workforce planning
- Commitment to operational excellence and service innovation
- Experience in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to conduct market research and benchmarking for organizational development

Strategy

Product / Process Improvement
- Provide specifications and feedback on system enhancements and ensure optimal utilization of learning technologies in logistics and operations.
- Boost innovation by running performance development analyses and proposing practical, innovative solutions for logistics and operations.
- Analyze logistics performance, satisfaction results, and benchmarking insights to recommend process improvements and service refinements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management or Training and Development.
