- Implement daily inspection operations in public and private parking areas; issue violations and monitor asset use
- Handle customer complaints and reports for non fee and private land parking; document findings and ensure timely resolution
- Study violation appeals; compile evidence and forward cases to designated committees, executing decisions
- Verify inspectors’ uniform and ID compliance, providing guidance to maintain professional visibility
- Report field incidents or suspicious vehicle activity, coordinating with Dubai Police
- Confirm valid permits before initiating control measures on company operated sites
- Contribute field insights to inspection operation plans, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities
- Participate in developing and refining inspection procedures by submitting practical recommendations
Requirements
- High School diploma or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related discipline
- 5+ years post high school experience in related field, or Diploma with 2+ years
- Ability to conduct frequent outdoor site inspections in live traffic and unpaved areas
- Willingness to work day and night shifts, emergency call outs, and accident assessments
- Adherence to health and safety procedures and use of protective equipment

Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years post high school experience in related field, or Diploma with 2+ years.
