Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance, support, monitoring, and regulatory aligned enhancements for licensing systems
- Lead system performance tracking, fault analysis, risk mitigation, and service level measurement
- Strengthen infrastructure through secure architecture, cloud/on prem solutions, automation, CI/CD, and network management
- Support compliance, BCP readiness, and data exchange requirements across licensing systems
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for licensing systems
- Monitor inquiries and complaints from licensing system users and prepare periodic reports
- Implement periodic inspection programs and conduct required tests
- Monitor maintenance contract KPIs and measure service levels
- Develop and monitor system infrastructure performance through proactive monitoring, analysis, and enhancements
- Oversee linking services and manage data exchange with internal and external entities
- Implement information security controls and standards across licensing infrastructure
- Identify necessary amendments to existing licensing regulations and implement required updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or Software Engineering
- 3+ years in case of Master's degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor's degree, 11+ years in case of Diploma) in relevant area

Job Purpose
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of licensing systems by executing maintenance, support, monitoring, and regulatory aligned enhancements.
- Lead system performance tracking, fault analysis, risk mitigation, and service level measurement to sustain operational continuity.
- Strengthen infrastructure through secure architecture, cloud/on prem solutions, automation, CI/CD, and network management.
- Support compliance, BCP readiness, and data exchange requirements across licensing systems.
Strategy
- Support periodic studies to ensure licensing systems and infrastructure align with international specifications and technical standards.
- Contribute to preparing and measuring service level agreements with internal units to maintain compliance with agreed services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT systems across on premise and cloud environments.
Operations
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for licensing systems in accordance with approved policies and service level agreements.
- Contribute to reviewal and approval of maintenance requirements for technical systems to ensure operational continuity and comprehensiveness.
- Provide inputs to technical support for systems and software, including managing debugging and breakdown resolution per procedures and contracts.
- Monitor inquiries and complaints from licensing system users and prepare periodic reports according to policies.
- Implement periodic inspection programs and conduct required tests to verify operational efficiency.
- Monitor maintenance contract KPIs and measure service levels to maintain high system availability.
- Develop and monitor system infrastructure performance through proactive monitoring, analysis, and enhancements.
- Oversee linking services and manage data exchange with internal and external entities according to approved procedures and agreements.
- Oversee periodic reports, statistics, and dashboards to support data driven decision making.
- Implement information security controls and standards across licensing infrastructure, including encryption, access control, and compliance safeguards.
- Identify necessary amendments to existing licensing regulations and implement required updates in accordance with agreements.
- Provide inputs to fault analysis operations, identification of root causes, and support in fixes with concerned units to ensure system continuity.
Product / Process Improvement
- Improve operational workflows by advancing monitoring automation, CI/CD integration, system hardening practices, and infrastructure upgrade processes.
Physical Working Conditions
- Work primarily in an office and technical lab environment with occasional field or data centre visits for inspections, testing, or troubleshooting.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or Software Engineering
- 3+ years in case of Master's degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor's degree, 11+ years in case of Diploma) in relevant area
