- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare job advertisements and manage postings across various recruitment platforms
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience within the construction industry
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering, technical, site, and corporate positions
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines
- UAE/GCC recruitment experience is preferred
