About the Role
GBM is seeking a Senior System Engineer for a one-year renewable contract in Dubai. The role involves administration, security, and support of Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid, Identity & Access Management, PKI, Email Security, Endpoint Management, and related infrastructure services.

Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
- Administer Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Hybrid Messaging environments
- Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, and Enterprise Applications
- Support MDM/MAM solutions preferably through Microsoft Intune
- Manage PKI/CA infrastructure, AD CS, SSL certificates, and certificate lifecycle management
- Administer email security platforms including EOP, Defender for O365, SMTP gateways, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Support Trellix security products, endpoint protection, and compliance initiatives
- Manage Infoblox DNS, and other DNS related infrastructure services
- Implement security patches, upgrades, performance optimization, and disaster recovery solutions
- Lead mailbox migrations, Microsoft 365 transformation projects, and hybrid cloud initiatives
- Provide L3 support, incident management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent
- Experience with enterprise scale Microsoft 365 environments and hybrid cloud deployments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
