Senior System Analyst – Trade Management / Retail
We are looking for a Senior System Analyst with strong experience in retail systems and trade management to join our team.
Job Location
- : Dubai
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize retail business processes (sales, inventory, procurement)
- Support and enhance 1C: Retail systems
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Manage and support POS systems and retail equipment
- Ensure smooth system operations across stores and back-office
- Drive improvements in reporting, data accuracy, and process efficiency
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Strong experience with 1C: Retail / Trade Management
- Hands-on knowledge of POS systems and retail hardware
- Solid understanding of retail operations (store, warehouse, sales cycles)
- Ability to work closely with business teams and drive solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Additional knowledge of systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work closely onsite with operations teams
- Good level of the English language
- Available in the UAE or willing to relocate is highly preferred
- Russian language is a plus but not a must
