Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities for biscuit and chocolate manufacturing lines
- Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved with minimum downtime and wastage
- Monitor machine operations, manpower allocation, and line efficiency
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure proper documentation of production records, shift reports, and quality checks
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in biscuit and chocolate manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of biscuit baking processes, chocolate processing, tempering, moulding, and packaging operations
- Experience handling automated production lines and food manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Experience in GCC/UAE food manufacturing industry is preferred

Job Summary

Salary
- 6000 AED to 7000 AED per month
