Role Overview
The role supervises structural and site construction activities, with responsibility for quality, progress, safety, compliance, reporting, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor work quality and progress on site.
- Check site safety measures against supervision-plan requirements.
- Carry out specified tasks using RSE/RGE requirements and checklists.
- Supervise resident engineering teams checking superstructure, site formation, foundation, and ELS works.
- Coordinate supervision and non-conformance reports for RSE/RGE.
- Check works against approved plans, temporary works, method statements, and protective measures.
- Review contractor submissions and monitor contractor technical teams.
- Attend site and project meetings.
- Coordinate with the design office on site works and matters.
