Role Overview
Lead structural design, detailing, and site coordination of precast elements across the development portfolio.
Work from concept design through production and site erection.
Deliver safe, buildable, and code-compliant precast solutions on development projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and detailing for precast concrete elements.
- Coordinate precast production and site erection activities.
- Collaborate with in-house design, engineering, and construction teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
- At least 10 years of structural engineering experience is required.
- At least 5 years of focused precast concrete design experience is required.
- Experience with villas, high-rise, hospitality, mixed-use, or residential precast projects is required.
- A Master's degree is advantageous.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
