About the Role
Worley seeks a Senior Structural Designer with 12+ years of experience in offshore oil and gas structural design. The role involves preparing drawings and 3D models for greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Responsibilities
- Prepare structural design and drafting services for offshore and onshore projects
- Create drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SP3D/E3D, and Microstation
- Check drawings/models and maintain quality of deliverables
- Support loadout concepts including sea fastening, transportation drawings, and lifting sequence
- Participate in project reviews and ensure technical integrity of deliverables
- Coordinate with other disciplines and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years project experience in Green Field & Brown Field Oil and Gas related Civil/Structural Design and Engineering
- Minimum 3 years Diploma in Civil Structural discipline
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation and 3D capability
- Experience with offshore structures like jackets, topsides, and miscellaneous works
- Knowledge of applicable engineering codes and standards
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

- Person must have experience with both Green field and Brown field Offshore structures like offshore Jackets, Topside and Miscellaneous works.
- Person must have experience in Loadout concepts like Sea Fastening, Transportation drawings and Lifting sequence.
- Supports adherence to accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Deliver Structural discipline specific design and drafting services that meet Worley, the client’s and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Checking of drawings / models and maintaining quality of deliverables.
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required
- Personnel shall have the specified minimum project experience in mainly Oil & Gas/refinery or petrochemicals.
- Preparation of drawings for the steel structures using softwares like ACAD/SP3D/E3D and Microstation.
- Preparation of detail drawings for the offshore structures.
- 3 D modelling of structures using E3D/SP3D.
- Extraction of drawings from 3 D model.
- Minimum of 12 years project experience In Green Field & Brown Field Oil and Gas related Civil / Structural Design and Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years Diploma in Civil Structural discipline.
IT Skills
- Proficient in AutoCad, Microstation and 3D capability.
Other Relevant Information
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity.
- Able to attend Internal and External client Review meetings and Answerable to client queries.
