- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to influence product strategy through deep analytical insights and decision frameworks
- Lead ambiguous and high impact analytical initiatives end to end from problem definition to implementation
- Build analytical models and frameworks that optimize trade offs across risk, pricing, conversion, profitability, and customer outcomes
- Design and evaluate experiments, including pricing and conversion optimization initiatives
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and measurable success criteria
- Identify product opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and strategic insights through deep analysis of large scale datasets
- Deliver executive level recommendations and influence roadmap decisions using data
- Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to operationalize data informed decisions
Requirements
- Advanced SQL and strong analytical skills working with large scale product or transactional datasets
- Python for analytics, experimentation, statistical analysis, or modeling
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and decision science methodologies
- Experience building analytical frameworks that drive business and product decisions
- Ability to lead cross functional analytical initiatives independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data visualization and storytelling experience using Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
