- Define and prioritize: Own and drive product strategy for wholesale insights and analytics
- Discover and validate: Conduct ongoing discovery with brands and retailers
- Translate complexity: Work with engineering and data teams to translate complex data models into clear product direction
- Measure and iterate: Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate
- Partner across the business: Collaborate with go to market, customer success, and strategic brand partners
- Work across the platform: Identify and manage dependencies with adjacent product surfaces
- Raise the bar: Contribute to broader team and organizational objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering data driven or analytics facing products in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical thinking, including comfort working with KPIs, data models, and product metrics
- Experience conducting customer discovery (interviews, surveys, usability sessions)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data, and go to market teams
- Strong prioritization skills and comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Agile product development practices and modern product tooling

Role Overview
- We're looking for a Product Manager II to join our Wholesale Network team.
- You will own the insights and analytics features for our Wholesale Network and NuORDER platform.
- This is a high visibility role with direct influence on network health, brand retention, and value proposition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and prioritize: Own and drive product strategy for wholesale insights and analytics.
- Discover and validate: Conduct ongoing discovery with brands and retailers.
- Translate complexity: Work with engineering and data teams to translate complex data models into clear product direction.
- Measure and iterate: Define success metrics, measure outcomes after launch, and iterate.
- Partner across the business: Collaborate with go to market, customer success, and strategic brand partners.
- Work across the platform: Identify and manage dependencies with adjacent product surfaces.
- Raise the bar: Contribute to broader team and organizational objectives.
What You Need To Bring
- 3+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering data driven or analytics facing products in B2B SaaS.

- Experience building or owning reporting, BI, or dashboard products.
- SQL proficiency or hands on experience working with data teams on data models and pipelines.
- Understanding of wholesale, retail, or merchandising workflows.
- Familiarity with AI or recommendation system concepts as applied to business intelligence or analytics products.
