Senior Specialist - Products Control

Overview

• Lead the product development life cycle for core product offerings by analyzing new concepts and products and support facilities that are aligned with the KEZAD’s growth aspirations, vision and strategy.
• Responsibilities: Strong understanding of industry best practices and latest trends in terms of product offering.
• Conduct feasibility studies in-house or with advisors and consultants as required.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization for better understanding of the customer needs, market gaps and develop relevant solutions to address these.
• Construct business cases and business plans relating to product development to be presented to management.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective program management through the development cycle of specific new products and its development and delivery.
• Assist the management team for specific projects and special/ ad hoc tasks as and when required.
• Anticipate customer requirements and conceive soft products and delivery mechanisms based on the same.
• Qualifications: Undergraduate degree from a premier institute, MBA a plus
• Should have strong product development abilities
• Should be proficient in data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to contribute to high performance teams.
• Manage and resolve conflict within the team and with other stakeholders
• High proficiency in written and spoken
• English is a must and Knowledge of Arabic is an added benefit
• At least 3 years of relevant functional experience, preferably in industrial zones and econ
• Has led multiple projects and/or work streams for new product or new business unit development
• Experience of product strategy and projects in infrastructure, real estate or industrial units will be preferable
• Experience in engaging executives as a business, operational, and strategic thought leader
