Job Purpose
- To maintain accurate financial reports, conduct variance analysis, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and support month end closing and audits, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
Key Accountability Areas
- Generate and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to uncover trends and evaluate performance metrics.
- Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgeted figures, providing insights into performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of financial forecasts and contribute to monthly plan updates, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
- Produce financial reports specific to different divisions, providing a clear and detailed overview of performance across various business areas.
- Calculate and verify month end results, ensuring the completeness of reports, and provide support during audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or Any relevant field
- 4 to 6 Years of work experience
- Technical / Functional Competencies in Financial Reporting
