Senior Specialist - External Programs & Policies (Local Content)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support local content strategies aligned with PIF and national objectives.
• Monitor local content regulations and government mandates.
• Maintain local content documentation, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Embed local content targets into procurement and supply chain processes.
• Design and execute local supplier capacity-building programs.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, government agencies, and relevant bodies.
• Coordinate audit preparation and policy adherence.
• Liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies.
• Provide guidance and training on local content requirements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of Saudi local content policies, government regulations, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• An MBA or master’s degree in public policy, business administration, or supply chain management is advantageous.
• CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Arabic proficiency is a strong asset.
• Saudi Arabian business environment experience is highly desirable.
