About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage digital content across the Company for both external (e.g., website, social media channels) and internal (e.g., intranet, digital screens, events) communications purposes
- Lead the maintenance of the Company’s Photo Archive System
- Continuously update and enhance the Company’s intranet and website content
- Manage and maintain the Company’s corporate SMS tool
- Continuously update the Company’s digital screen kiosk advertisements / displays
- Leverage employee engagement with the Company’s digital media channels by developing and implementing communication activities that drive traffic / hits
- Monitor digital channels, analyse end user behaviour and recommend improvement actions
- Pitch social media feeds to ADNOC Group Communications for consideration
- Stay abreast with emerging trends and best practices and make recommendations
- Write and edit material for the Company’s electronic multi media products
- Prepare and extract various news summaries and articles of interest to the Company
- Contribute to the selection of graphics, such as drawings, diagrams, pictures, and charts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Communications, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital content management within a large industrial organization, preferably in oil and gas
- Excellent arts and graphics visualisation knowledge and skills, attention to detail
- General understanding of programming and IT systems operations
- Well versed in various graphic designing software, tools and techniques
- Project management and time management skills
- Knowledge about UAE laws and regulations, as well as local customs and protocol
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills

Job Purpose
- Manage creative digital content for both external and internal communications purposes, and keep the Company’s digital platforms (e.g., intranet, website, social media channels, screen kiosks) up to date by posting approved relevant content.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage digital content across the Company for both external (e.g., website, social media channels) and internal (e.g., intranet, digital screens, events) communications purposes.
- Lead the maintenance of the Company’s Photo Archive System to ensure records of graphics produced in the past are available when needed.
- Continuously update and enhance the Company’s intranet and website content in line with quality requirements to ensure relevant information is published in time.
- Manage and maintain the Company’s corporate SMS tool.
- Continuously update the Company’s digital screen kiosk advertisements / displays, ensuring current and relevant advertisements / information is displayed.
- Leverage employee engagement with the Company’s digital media channels (i.e. intranet) by developing and implementing communication activities that drive traffic / hits.
- Monitor digital channels, analyse end user behaviour and recommend improvement actions to increase readership, impact or user friendliness.
- Pitch social media feeds to ADNOC Group Communications for consideration.
- Stay abreast with emerging trends and best practices and make recommendations as to which of them can support achieving the Company’s goals and interests.
- Write and edit material for the Company’s electronic multi media products, while ensuring accuracy and completion.
- Prepare and extract various news summaries and articles of interest to the Company from local and international newspapers concerning political, economic or social development for distribution to the management.
- Contribute to the selection graphics, such as drawings, diagrams, pictures, and charts to illustrate manuscript and conform to space and subject matter requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital content management within a large industrial organization, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent arts and graphics visualisation knowledge and skills, attention to detail.
- General understanding of programming and IT systems operations.
- Well versed in various graphic designing software, tools and techniques.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Knowledge about UAE laws and regulations, as well as local customs and protocol.
