• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
• Design scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead technical architecture and design for new services, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Review existing architecture and identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and simplification.
• Design integration architecture between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms.
• Define API, integration, data flow, authentication, and security architecture.
• Ensure appropriate application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture principles are followed.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers.
• Review technical designs, solution architecture documents, integration specifications, and development approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, data protection, governance, and architecture standards.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability issues, and potential points of failure.
• Support technical evaluations and provide recommendations on technology and solution options.
• Participate in architecture review boards and technical decision-making.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and maintainability are considered in solution designs.

Solution Architecture Responsibilities
- Define and maintain end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Design scalable and secure solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Lead architecture for new services, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Review existing architecture for optimization, modernization, and simplification opportunities.
Integration and Governance
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms.
- Define API, integration, data flow, authentication, and security architecture.
- Ensure application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture principles are followed.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and maintainability are addressed.
Technical Leadership
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers.
- Review technical designs, architecture documents, integration specifications, and development approaches.
- Provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Support technical evaluations, architecture review boards, and technology decisions.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- At least 10 years of IT experience with significant solution or enterprise architecture experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, security roles, workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong experience with Azure cloud architecture and enterprise integrations using APIs, REST, messaging, and integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, Databricks, identity, security, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery.
Education and Preferred Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365-related certifications, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF certification is preferred.
