Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture and design scalable Azure-based solutions.
• Lead architecture for services, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Design integrations across Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms.
• Define API, data flow, authentication, and security architecture.
• Collaborate with business, development, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and project teams.
• Review technical designs and provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
• Ensure security, data protection, governance, availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and maintainability are addressed.
• Identify technical risks and support architecture reviews, evaluations, and technology decisions.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

• The role requires 10+ years of IT experience with significant solution or enterprise architecture experience.
• The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Dataverse is required.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, security roles, business units, workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations is required.
• Strong Azure cloud architecture and enterprise integration design experience is required.
• Strong data architecture knowledge, including CRM integration with enterprise data platforms, is required.
• Strong understanding of Databricks and modern data-platform architecture is required.
• Strong understanding of identity and security technologies, including Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and secure API integration, is required.
• Experience with enterprise architecture principles and documentation is required.
• Understanding of performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are required.

Desirable Technologies

• Experience with Azure Integration Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Power Platform, and Power BI is highly desirable.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365-related certifications are preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is preferred.
• TOGAF or an equivalent enterprise architecture certification is preferred.
