The consultant will work on OTM implementation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and business requirements.

Work Mode

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle OTM solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management.
- Work with OTM planning, execution, freight settlement, rates, shipments, orders, and logistics modules.
- Develop and support OTM integrations with Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Develop and troubleshoot interfaces and data flows using XML, XSLT, SQL, REST, SOAP, and web services.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and production issues.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work with business, functional, technical, and project stakeholders.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to the support team.
Required Skills
- 6 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management.
- Strong techno-functional OTM experience and understanding of OTM configuration and business processes.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with XML and XSLT.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of OTM integrations with Oracle ERP applications.
- Experience with OTM interfaces, APIs, and data exchange.
- Understanding of logistics, transportation, shipment planning, and freight settlement processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Oracle OTM Cloud experience is preferred.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is preferred.
- Experience with OIC or another integration platform is preferred.
- Oracle OTM implementation or upgrade experience is preferred.
- Experience with global projects and distributed teams is preferred.
