Job Overview

Solution Architecture and Design

• Design resilient, reliable, and secure applications in microservices and API-based ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Create end-to-end design patterns and high-level designs across backend, frontend, mobile, APIs, message brokers, event streams, and microservices.
• Design solutions for container-based and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Evaluate architectural principles and patterns and explain their benefits and trade-offs.

Agile and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with Agile Tribes and Squads across quarterly planning, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Align architecture decisions with business and technical requirements across internal departments and subsidiaries.
• Work across functional and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

Security and Resilience

• Embed cybersecurity and information security best practices into architecture and solution design.
• Ensure solutions include appropriate reliability, resiliency, security, and performance considerations.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience developing end-to-end design patterns, high-level designs, and solutions across backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
• Strong experience in banking, accounting, payments, lending, and credit products.
• Participation in or leadership of at least three projects involving resilient, reliable, and secure microservices and API-based applications.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, message brokers, event streams, microservices, container-based infrastructure, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and information security in architecture and design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, team structures, Features, Epics, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new functional domains.

Advantageous Experience

• Corporate banking domain exposure is an advantage.
