- Strong hands-on expertise in Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
- Deep knowledge of Finacle modules such as CASA, TD, or Loans.
- Experience with API integration, batch job scheduling, and monitoring.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.

Finacle Solutioning
- Lead end-to-end solutioning, including functional design, gap analysis, and configuration of Finacle modules.
- Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL for tailored banking requirements.
- Handle API integrations, batch job scheduling and monitoring, and menu customization.
Business and Delivery
- Work with business users to gather requirements and manage delivery milestones.
- Support UAT, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
