Role Overview
Lead end-to-end Finacle Core Banking implementations.
Bridge business requirements with technical execution.
Apply expertise in Finacle Scripting, PL/SQL, and core banking modules including CASA, TD, and Loans.
Finacle Solutioning
- Lead functional design, gap analysis, and configuration of Finacle modules.
- Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL for tailored banking requirements.
- Handle API integrations, batch job scheduling and monitoring, and menu customization.
Business and Delivery
- Gather requirements from business users and manage delivery milestones.
- Support user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of Finacle techno-functional experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
- Deep knowledge of Finacle modules such as CASA, TD, or Loans.
- Experience in API integration, batch job scheduling, and monitoring.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
