Role Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead Scrum teams in applying Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, helping Product Owners and development teams achieve customer satisfaction and higher levels of Scrum maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
- Support Product Owners and development teams in achieving customer satisfaction.
- Coach Scrum and development teams toward self-organization.
- Remove impediments and coach teams on effective resolution.
- Define and maintain realistic project plans and monitor progress against quality and performance criteria.
- Resolve conflicts and issues and support Product Owners with coaching where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of Scrum Master experience.
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies with development and project teams.
- Experience coaching teams on Scrum methodologies and improving maturity.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and modern development practices.
- Financial services experience, particularly digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
