We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (5+ years) with strong skills in C/C++, networking protocols, real-time media systems, WebRTC, RTP/RTCP, and WebSockets

Job Description: Senior Software Engineer (SSE) – Cloud Media Server

Team Overview

We are developing a highly scalable real-time communications (RTC) platform leveraging WebRTC to power audio and video workloads. The system is designed to handle large volumes of concurrent sessions while delivering ultra-low latency, telecom-grade reliability, and multi-region cloud resilience.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in real-time media systems, signaling, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Primary Skills

Proficiency in C/C++, including multithreading, memory management, and low-level networking.

Production experience and understanding of: UDP / TCP, RTP / RTCP, ICE / STUN / TURN, and NAT traversal.

Hands-on experience in WebRTC internals, SIP / VoIP signaling, audio/video pipelines, jitter handling, and latency optimization.

Hands-on experience with open-source RTC stacks such as LiveKit, Janus, or similar WebRTC platforms.
