The role focuses on a high-throughput load distribution engine and distributed communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the core load distribution engine with Finite State Machines, dynamic homing, Weighted Average Score algorithms, and hysteresis.
- Architect high-throughput APIs and messaging using gRPC for metrics ingestion and RabbitMQ for event-driven communication.
- Implement distributed leader election and consensus with Consul Raft and LockAuthority across active-active deployments.
- Scale the system to handle more than 3,000 assignments per second.
- Integrate Apache Ignite or GridGain for stateless caching and data recovery.
Basic Requirements
- Bring 3–8 years of deep hands-on experience in Golang, preferably, and proficiency in C, C++, or Java.
- Have strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
