Role Overview
The role contributes to complete systems development in an Agile finance setting.
The position focuses on scalable Java and Spring Boot solutions and strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through maintenance.
- Create technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into workflows, data specifications, and implementation plans.
- Develop unit and integration tests for reliable software.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
Required Experience
- Five to eight years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, RESTful services, Kafka, and Gradle or Maven.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, MongoDB, and other NoSQL data stores.
- Hands-on experience with Splash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and microservices.
- Experience with test-driven development using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
- Practical development experience in Java, Python, or Scala.
- Full-stack technical design and development experience.
