Senior Software Engineer, Integrations

Architect highly scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems capable of supporting enterprise-scale workloads.

Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices across multiple teams.

Design and implement APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems with a focus on performance and reliability.

Develop integrations with enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow , using modern integration patterns and APIs.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of ServiceNow Scoped Applications where required.

Design and implement AI-powered and conversational workflows that improve enterprise productivity and automation.

Mentor engineers, perform design and code reviews, and drive engineering excellence across the organization.

Collaborate with product management, AI, and platform teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of software engineering experience, including extensive hands-on development in Java and Python.

Proven experience designing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability products used by enterprise customers.

Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, asynchronous processing, messaging systems, and REST APIs.

Experience designing software for high throughput, scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance.

Strong understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, observability, and production operations.

Excellent communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
