Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Alfresco Process Services solutions.
• Analyze workflows and business processes for optimization and modernization opportunities.
• Customize and extend Alfresco for business and technical requirements.
• Build integrations between Alfresco and enterprise applications using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Develop scalable distributed applications with microservices architecture.
• Participate in Alfresco upgrades and modernization initiatives.
• Maintain workflows, business rules, permissions, repositories, and customized templates.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with users, product managers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance for content management and platform modernization solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Create and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of software development experience with Java and enterprise application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in Alfresco Process Services and Alfresco Application Development Framework.
• Experience with Alfresco customization, configuration, workflow development, API integration, and ADF template customization.
• Experience designing enterprise-level process management solutions and integrating Alfresco with external systems.
• Understanding of workflows, permissions, repositories, content management, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API design, backend services, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Alfresco platform upgrades, migration, and modernization initiatives is desirable.
