Senior Social Media Manager – B2B Ingredients (Pharma, Food, Cosmetics)
Location: Dubai, UAE – Full-time
Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced
Senior Social Media Manager
to lead and develop its digital presence across
pharma, food, cosmetics and ingredient-related markets
in an international B2B environment.
This is a
full-time position
.
Compensation, bonus structure and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and profile.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating content aligned with the company’s positioning and supporting brand visibility across global markets.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Developing and executing social media strategies across key platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Creating and managing content aligned with B2B positioning and industry focus
- Coordinating with internal teams to translate technical content into digital communication
- Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing campaigns
- Managing external partners, agencies or freelancers where needed
- Supporting brand development and online presence
Requirements
- Minimum
- 6–8+ years of experience
- in social media or digital marketing roles
- Experience in
- B2B, pharma, food, cosmetics or related industries
- is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of
- content strategy, engagement and analytics
- Ability to translate technical topics into clear and effective communication
- Experience working in international environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in
- English is required
