- Prepare sales reports and commercial performance dashboards
- Analyse sales data and identify business trends
- Support forecasting and sales planning activities
- Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports
- Maintain CRM and commercial databases
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Finance teams
- Improve sales processes and reporting accuracy
- Assist with pricing analysis and commercial planning
- Prepare monthly business reviews
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis or Commercial Support is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Professional English required

Key Responsibilities
