About the Role
Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for a Commercial Excellence Specialist to support the continuous improvement of commercial processes, customer management, and business performance across international markets.

Responsibilities
- Support the optimization of commercial processes and sales performance
- Analyze commercial data, customer activities and business performance indicators
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate sales planning activities with commercial and operational teams
- Prepare business reports, dashboards and commercial performance analyses
- Support pricing updates, commercial documentation and contract administration
- Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Supply Chain teams
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial efficiency and customer service
- Contribute to business process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support management with strategic commercial reporting and decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related disciplines
- Previous experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis or Commercial Coordination is highly appreciated
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Fluent English
