About the Role
Palomba General Trading seeks a Product Applications Coordinator to support technical product implementation and customer application projects across the GCC. Responsibilities
- Coordinate product application activities for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and botanical ingredients
- Support customers with technical product information and application guidance
- Collaborate with manufacturers to collect application data, technical documentation and product recommendations
- Coordinate sample requests, product evaluations and customer trials
- Work closely with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams during product implementation
- Prepare technical presentations, application summaries and customer documentation
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate technical improvement opportunities to suppliers
- Support new product launches and application development projects
- Maintain accurate product application records within the company database
- Participate in technical meetings, exhibitions and customer visits when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline
- Previous experience in Product Applications, Technical Support, Technical Service, Product Management or Food/Pharma Ingredients
- Good understanding of food, nutraceutical or pharmaceutical ingredients
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English
- Arabic is considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the GCC region

Requirements

Compensation
- SAR 22,000 34,000 per month.
- Salary determined according to professional experience, technical expertise and international achievements.
