About the Role
Palomba General Trading LLC seeks a Customer Success & Account Operations Specialist based in Doha to manage international B2B customer relationships, coordinate order execution, and support key accounts.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with international B2B customers after the commercial agreement
- Coordinate order execution from confirmation to delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
- Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments
- Support key accounts with product documentation and commercial information
- Ensure accurate order processing and customer records
- Prepare sales reports and operational performance indicators
- Support international exhibitions and customer visits
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across commercial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in customer success, account coordination, commercial operations or international trading
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer oriented mindset
- High attention to detail
- Fluent English
- ERP/CRM knowledge is considered an advantage
- Additional languages are appreciated

Key Responsibilities
