- Develop workflows using
Flow Designer
- and automation for HR lifecycle events
- Configure
Employee Centre
- using UI Builder (dashboards, portals, search)
- Implement
- ACLs and role-based security controls
- Support
- REST integrations
- and IntegrationHub configurations
- Ensure platform performance, upgrade-safe configurations, and best practices
- Collaborate in Agile delivery, support UAT, and maintain documentation
- ✅ Requirements
- 5–10 years of
- ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Service Catalog & workflow automation
- Flow Designer & scripting (GlideRecord, Business Rules)

- REST APIs & integrations
