About the Role
FJ Group is looking for a Senior Service Engineer - HVAC to manage customer relationships, service calls, and a team of supervisors in Dubai. Requires 5+ years of experience in after-sales technical support for chilled water and DX equipment, with strong knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, condensing units, and VRF systems.

Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and managing customer expectations
- Manage customer service calls and schedule field visits for warranty claim investigations
- Manage the team of Service Supervisors for Service Calls
- Maintain document service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities
- Provide site training to customers on equipment use, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Technical) to resolve product related issues
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvements based on field experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in after sales technical support, Chilled Water and DX equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Condensing units and VRF
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
