About the Role
FJ Group seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage procure-to-pay for MEP, HVAC, manufacturing, and industrial operations. The role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines and production requirements.
- Conduct sourcing of raw materials including copper, aluminum, steel, chemicals, plastic resins, and consumables.
- Conduct sourcing of Mechanical and electrical components, pipe, fittings, valves, hardware, insulation, and industrial components.
- Manage RFQ process, supplier quotations, bid evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, award, and purchase orders.
- Identify cost saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
- Monitor market trends for steel, copper, HVAC components, and industrial materials.
- Source, qualify, and develop suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships within local and international supply base.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and vendor audits.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and Project teams.
- Ensure timely material availability for projects and factory operations.
- Handle urgent procurement requirements and material shortages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain / Equivalent
- 3+ years of procurement experience in Commodity Management and international sourcing
- 3+ years of procurement experience in MEP / HVAC / Manufacturing / Industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Technical knowledge of MEP/HVAC / Metals
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Focus, Odoo, etc.)
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
