Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of deep, hands on experience with Broadcom (Symantec/CA) for IAM and SSO implementations
- Explicit experience with SiteMinder, CA Identity Suite (IDM/IGA), and Risk Authentication
- Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and Directory Services (LDAP/Active Directory)
- Strong hands on Linux administration skills (RHEL/CentOS)
- Experience working within ITIL frameworks in customer facing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related cybersecurity field

Your New Role
- As a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the enterprise Broadcom/Symantec Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) suite.
- You will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining robust IAM infrastructures, secure authentication mechanisms, and Single Sign On (SSO) integrations.
- Architect and manage SSO integrations with enterprise and web applications, configuring MFA, federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and adaptive authentication policies.
- Lead user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de provisioning, and role based access control (RBAC).
- Provide L2/L3 support in a high availability, SLA driven production environment, performing log analysis, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, and security teams to support security audits, access governance, and change management processes.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5 to 7 years of deep, hands on experience working with Broadcom (formerly Symantec/CA) for IAM and SSO implementations.
- Explicit experience with SiteMinder, SiteMinder integration, CA Identity Suite (IDM/IGA), and Risk Authentication.
- Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and Directory Services (LDAP / Active Directory integration).
- Strong hands on Linux administration skills (RHEL/CentOS) alongside familiarity with web/application security.
- Experience with Symantec Endpoint Security, Symantec DLP, or Tripwire FIM is highly beneficial.
- Experience working within ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change management) in customer facing environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, strong documentation capabilities, and a calm approach to handling complex integration conflicts.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related cybersecurity field.
