Requirements
- 10–12 years of progressive IT operations experience
- At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership position managing both infrastructure and end user support functions
- Direct experience in maritime, oil and gas, or offshore infrastructure industries (strong preference)
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, security principles, and managing outsourced partners (e.g., SOC)
- Practical experience in implementing and managing IT services according to ITSM/ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification highly preferred)
- Proven track record of breaking down technical silos, managing budgets, negotiating with external vendors, and building unified teams

- They are currently undergoing exciting digital modernization and seeking a high caliber IT leader to spearhead stability, security, and performance of core IT infrastructure and service delivery.
Your New Role
- Reporting directly to the CIO, you will take on a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for the stable, secure, and efficient operation of all core IT infrastructure and delivery of seamless IT services across shore based and offshore environments.
- As the Head of Operations & Service Delivery (Run), you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business facing support by integrating and leading the Infrastructure & Security and Service Delivery teams.
- Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, ensuring that the 'Run' aspect of the business operates with absolute resilience, scalability, and security.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 10–12 years of progressive IT operations experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership position managing both infrastructure and end user support functions.
- Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in maritime, oil and gas, or offshore infrastructure industries, with a solid understanding of supporting remote OT and offshore environments.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, security principles, and managing outsourced partners (such as a SOC).
- Practical experience in implementing and managing IT services according to ITSM/ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification highly preferred).
- Proven track record of breaking down technical silos, managing budgets, negotiating with external vendors, and building unified, high performing teams.
