- Develop and execute high impact sales strategies for oilfield equipment, industrial products, and engineering solutions
- Leverage strong relationships across ADNOC Group, EPC contractors, and major operators to generate new business
- Promote international manufacturers and expand market presence across the UAE and GCC
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and procurement opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers across procurement, supply chain, and project teams
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing of high value deals
- Drive pipeline growth and ensure sustainable revenue generation
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in oilfield supplies trading, industrial sales, or oil & gas services
- Strong network across ADNOC, EPC contractors, and major energy companies
- Proven track record of consistently achieving high value sales targets
- Deep understanding of UAE oil & gas procurement processes and supply chain dynamics
- Experience handling EPC projects, framework agreements, and long term contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
