Responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive sales and business development strategies for oilfield equipment, industrial products, and engineering solutions
- Leverage established relationships with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, major oil & gas operators, and petrochemical companies to generate and secure new business opportunities
- Promote and represent international manufacturers and suppliers within the UAE and GCC markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, supply chain leaders, project managers, and key decision makers across the energy sector
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and procurement opportunities and strategically position the company and its principals for success
- Support overseas manufacturers with market entry, ADNOC vendor registration, local representation, and customer engagement
- Work closely with technical and commercial teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close high value deals
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen the company's market presence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments within the energy sector
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth and long term customer retention
- Achieve and exceed a minimum sales target of USD 2 million per month
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, business development reports, and strategic market intelligence for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
- 15–20 years of proven experience in oilfield supplies trading, industrial equipment sales, or oil & gas service companies
- Previous employment with leading oilfield trading houses, engineering companies, or oilfield service providers is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain practices within the UAE oil & gas industry
- Demonstrated experience in promoting products from international manufacturers and securing approvals and business opportunities
- Proven and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding high value sales targets, with documented experience in generating a minimum of USD 2 million in monthly sales revenue
- Experience in handling large EPC projects, framework agreements, and long term supply contracts with ADNOC and major oil & gas operators

About the Role
- The successful candidate will have an extensive network of industry contacts, a proven track record in oilfield supplies trading, and deep knowledge of ADNOC, EPC, and major oil & gas procurement processes.
- This is a strategic leadership role focused on developing long term partnerships, promoting international manufacturers, expanding the company's presence within ADNOC Group, EPC contractors, and major industrial clients, and consistently delivering significant revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate must be a high performing sales professional with a demonstrated history of securing major contracts and generating substantial monthly sales volumes within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.
