Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in media, advertising, or publishing sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency in building and managing client relationships, including key account management
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Skill in preparing persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of digital and print advertising products and integrated marketing solutions
- Leadership experience, including mentoring or supervising sales professionals
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of the UAE market and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- The Senior Sales Manager at Dubai Magazine is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- Responsible for leading advertising and sponsorship sales, managing key client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across print and digital platforms.
Day to Day Tasks
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies and direct clients.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and operations teams to create integrated media packages.
- Monitor sales performance and forecast revenue.
- Provide leadership and coaching to junior sales team members.
Qualifications
