Role Description
- The Partnership Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with businesses, brands, and organizations aligned with Dubai Magazine’s editorial and commercial goals.
- Day to day tasks include prospecting potential partners, preparing proposals, negotiating partnership terms, and maintaining ongoing account relationships.
- Collaborates closely with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to design co branded campaigns, sponsored content, and events.
- Tracks performance metrics, provides regular partnership reports, and recommends improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong partnerships and strategic partnerships skills.
- Solid account management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and market opportunities.
- Experience in media, publishing, advertising, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic understanding of digital marketing and sponsorship models is an advantage.
