- Proficiency with performance and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, web analytics platforms)
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Role Description
- The Performance Manager is a part time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational and editorial performance of Dubai Magazine.
- Day to day tasks include monitoring key performance indicators for content and advertising, analyzing audience and revenue data, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.
- The role involves coordinating with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to implement performance improvement initiatives, ensure budget adherence, and support training on performance best practices.
- The Performance Manager will also contribute to setting performance targets, refining workflows, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics, audience data, and financial reports.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in performance management and setting measurable goals within media, publishing, or related industries.
