- Lead and manage daily sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Drive personal and team performance by consistently exceeding sales goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), corporate business, food & beverage revenue, and banquet sales
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement proactive sales initiatives
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly sales reports and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute departmental sales strategies
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the local market, business trends, and corporate segments
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Leading and managing daily sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Driving personal and team performance by consistently exceeding sales goals
