- Manage daily sales activities and contribute to the achievement of hotel revenue goals
- Meet individual and team sales targets to maximize profitability
- Implement sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), food & beverage revenue, and banquet business
- Prepare and review monthly sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and the sales team to execute commercial strategies and secure new business opportunities
- Identify potential clients through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of the local business environment and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Self motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred

Overview

Day to Day Responsibilities

What We Need From You

- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
