Overview

  • IHG is searching for a Sales Manager to drive sales and fill rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Managing daily sales activities and contributing to the achievement of hotel revenue goals
  • Meeting individual and team sales targets to maximize profitability
  • Implementing sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), food & beverage revenue, and banquet business
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses
  • Working closely with the Director of Sales and the sales team to execute commercial strategies and secure new business opportunities
  • Identifying potential clients through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of the local business environment and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
