- Coordinate with bar staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality or related field (or relevant experience)
- Experience in 5 star luxury hotels or relevant bar service experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of wines and beverage service
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Description
- We create memorable experiences for our guests and are looking for a Bar Waitress who is passionate about delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate should be friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast paced bar environment while maintaining high hospitality standards.
A Glimpse into Your Role
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages when required, following bar standards
- Ensure guests have a pleasant experience by anticipating their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Coordinate with bar staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in promoting and upselling beverages and special offers when appropriate
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality or related field is an advantage (or relevant experience in F&B service)
- Experience in 5 star luxury hotels is highly preferred. Relevant experience in bar service, beverage handling, and guest facing roles within hospitality will be considered.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
- WSET certification is beneficial or an added advantage but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of wines and beverage service is required
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
