- Lead the hotel's events sales strategy while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue
- Lead and oversee daily sales and coordination activities for weddings, conferences, social events, and catering operations
- Drive individual and team performance to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase banquet revenue, catering business, weddings, conferences, room occupancy, and food & beverage sales
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, and industry partners
- Monitor sales performance through detailed monthly reporting, forecasting, and market analysis
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to develop departmental strategies and achieve commercial objectives
- Mentor and support the events sales team to maximize performance and deliver exceptional client service
- Lead high profile client negotiations, site inspections, and event planning to ensure flawless execution and long term business partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales, events, or catering within the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience in handling luxury weddings, large scale events, conferences, and catering operations
- Strong knowledge of the local market and established client network
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills

What We Need From You
