Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Visit prospective customers to show samples and inform about pricing and availability
- Develop and present proposals for customer requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to promote sales
- Negotiate prices and terms, secure orders
- Open new customer accounts
- Improve sales and profitability through dealer network
- Advise dealers and distributors on policies
- Inform customers of delivery schedules and warranties
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports
- Assist credit control team in collections
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE
- Higher Secondary or Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques
- Proficient in English; Arabic and Hindi an advantage
- Strong persuasion, active listening, and negotiation skills

Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities including growth areas, trends, new customers, partnerships.
- Visit prospective customer at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs.
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and promote sales.
- Work with the customer to establish common goals and objectives.
- Keep informed on industry news, trends, products, services, competitors.
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
- Open new customer’s account fulfilling necessary administrative requirements.
- Improve sales and profitability through increased dealer network.
- Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties.
- Monitor and review sales performance versus set targets.
Job Requirements
- Min. Higher Secondary, Diploma; Bachelor degree would be preferable.
- Min 3 years in the UAE.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of target customer, industry, territory.
- Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic and Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Persuasion, Active Listening, Negotiation, Social Perceptiveness.
